'Leave behind old hatreds': Rowan Dean lays down multiculturalism 'deal'

- Sky News host Rowan Dean says “part of the deal” for multiculturalism is for people to “leave behind the old hatreds”.
Mr Dean’s comments come after Labor MP Fatima Payman accused the Prime Minister of “gaslighting” Australians away from “genocide” in Gaza and also called for sanctions on Israel.
“If you come here to Australia … these issue - the Australian compact was; you leave it behind,” Mr Dean told Sky News Australia host Andrew Bolt.
“You’re an Aussie now and that is that.”
