This was information and to the point on what info I was wanting! I am so happy that this was the first video result that popped up when I searched for help on flipping the pages. If only they made it easier and instead of this phrasing, had it either in simpler words or actually have a preview picture of what does what (or make it a better icon/picture).

basically:
long edge = portrait
short edge = landscape
Yep this is "BOOK mode", and the other way is "CALENDAR Mode". Paper Clip on Left side for Book Mode.
