There are people everywhere who get offended by innocuous things on a daily basis. Overly-sensitive knobs who take everything personally. It's mostly people who are bored or have nothing going on in their lives, who certainly have no sense of humour.

I would consider my self a hardcore Porsche fanboy since I would turn away from Ferrari, Lamborghini, Bugatti, or McLaren for a 911, and I quite genuinely love your videos. @@Alex.AL_26 actually I did get to keep all the cars except hers but she got the house but did have to give me back the downpayment I gave her for the house.
Odd, after 6 months I had zero debt and most money I ever had saved in bank, funny how it works that way lol
I went through all that several years ago. Got to keep all my vehicles, but spent more in legal fees than the cash settlement I was seeking, based on my contributions being much higher than hers.
By the end of the cash settlement I was down to $600 I my bank account due to weekly payments to my lawyer, but then started saving well over $1,000 per week there after. So 6 months later I cashed in a long term endowment policy )that she also tried to take) bought a property and a 987C. I was being milked for 5½ years like the proverbial cash cow 🐄 😂
Funny, yesterday whilst cleaning my 987C, a good mate and I were messaging about which car care products we use on our respective Porsche and AMG. We then reflected on how we've both recovered since our expensive divorces.
Wish them well, but wish them well away from you😅

My 991.2 Carrera T is GT Silver, and I sought it out specifically because I thought it would get less attention (positive and negative) and would be a "stealthier" colour.
Can't say whether or not it's helped at all, but almost every time I go out someone is trying to race me or tailgate or cut me off anyway - no matter how sedately I drive.
So the moral to the story is, get the colour you like best. If I could snap my fingers and change the colour, I'd go with an Albert or Ossi Blue.
That said, i do like the silver a lot too, and rarely have to wash it because it really hides the grime. :)

In fairness you have always said that you like certain colors and think others are boring. Color is a personal choice. Me I like rhodium silver and I’m secure enough that I don’t care what you or other say or how boring it is. It’s just the color I have always wanted and now in April I finally got my 911s convertible dream car silver with all7 buttons I’m happy. I like hearing other opinions and choices that’s why I watch RUclips keep doing it.
It's not just P-cars, they can be found in any car group.

My favourite channel strikes again. Happy New Year! Try not to take to heart all those negative comments Nick; some people seem to struggle with taking on board objective, facts-based, informed and rational analysis. They seem to have the current polarising virus which is common in certain countries, but such is life.

I like your videos and find your comments sincere and views fair and accurate. I especially liked your GTS vs S comparison, you didn't bolster the GTS like they love to do on this side of Atlantic. I just don't understand your passion for manual gearboxes. I was a student in the US some decades back who knowingly bought a stick shift car and struggled for months to sell it when it was time. But times have changed and I drive a pdk and will never look back even on a track.
You know what Nick says PDK frees your hand to do. Seriously driving a manual, brings me great memories of learning to drive w my father. After driving a manual it becomes without thought to heel and toe rev match.

Happy New Year, Mate! I compare the Carrera S to my two Turbos. The S is a purer drive. The late Turbos are so quick. I grew up wishing for more power but ‘over’ power may not actually be faster.

Something nice to say about AG... Agate Grey interior is really quite nice. It has a nice hint of brown, not like the exterior color.

Nick’s best review ever - and the one that sums up his channel the best - was the one on the 992 TS and how it’s basically an overhyped marketing ploy, perhaps only good for straight roads.
That same week CarWow lapped a 992 TS VS a 992 GT3 (timed with two different drivers) on Spa (one of the best tracks in the world ) and the TS destroyed the GT3 while on inferior street tires.
There’s another guy that tracked a TS vs a 992 GTS (can google that) and the GTS was also annihilated as one would expect.
As long as you take Nick with a very light grain of salt - which should be obvious for guy who rides around an interstate in a dealer demo with a stuffed animal “reviewing” Porsches in a straight line -it’s all good.

Agree wih your opinion of Volcano Grey. I bought a 2018 Macan Volcano Grey S to fill the gap whilst I wait for my Papaya 2023 S to arrive. My God there are a lot of boring grey cars out there ! I'm considering buying a large can of red paint and a brush.
