Tadiwa N I’m a nurse and you can absolutely have blood clots in or on your vocal chords. Clots can form anywhere there’s a blood flow including the larynx or trachea where the chords are located.
I will never forget seeing this one episode of Braxton Family Values where Traci had a piano session with a vocal coach if I remember it right, and I was shocked at how GOOD she sounded I DID NOT KNOW!

if Traci ever gets the confidence she would out sing them all. she can even sing whistle not....she can sing deep notes. She just lacks the confidence to control her voice when she does solo....
