- In this video, I bought a $4300 LLY Duramax & attempted to drive it home. We ran into some issues on the way home due to the truck breaking down on us. Once we finally got the truck home I let friends & family take it for a drive. Owning this truck is extremely exciting & I can't wait to completely restore & build this truck into my dream truck!

We got also got one Silverado 2500 dermax diesel it broke down in the parking lot replaced the fuel pump but it only got us home and then broke down again and still is.
Damn that sucks to hear,I just bought an 04 2500 but it’s the 6.0 vortec. No issues so far
I use to hate the cat eye but now they have grown on me but personally I like the gmc front end better
My dads 07 Duramax has 491’257km still drives vary nice and it has 5]600 hp but I guess we will see how long it runs yet

I have 223k on my 05 GMC sierra diesel and still drive like brand new

I can tell you don’t know anything about this truck.. I run a dealership/service shop and I’ve built 3 LLY’s myself. Definitely not a very reliable truck with many common issues.. if you ever need any advice, let me know.
