Its slice of life spliced with insane shit. Like when the giant monster Paul cries out, "that bitch took my dog!" When you find out he's just gone through a divorce
they only had them solving crimes in the beginning in order to get the greenlight from the network. they said the network wouldn’t approve a show about a bunch of fast food character just chillin and doing random shit so they had to start off the show with some structure.

4) Carl was a wizard then became a yoga teacher then attacked a city inhabited with clones of him and a Transformer sized Carl, ending up to be stopped by the Aqua Teen Hunger Robot.

Aqua Something You Know Whatever's intro freaked me the fuck out when it first came out, but it has seriously grown on me. The way they censor "cock" with a rooster crowing always gets me.
