I've literally just done the same thing but with a half eaten kitkat - new sofa from dfs, choc, intoxicated from the champions league, cleaning up before she comes downstairs 😂

i was eating rolos last night and fell asleep and it got on my fluffy white blanket and oh no it was the worse but then i see your vid and omg ty it helped ALOT and my blanket is still fluffy but i used things that are near me bc im lazy and i don't feel like going down stairs aHhHhHhHh but i did not use soap and powder and it still worked! thx for the ez steps they help alot! :]

I did the exact same thing you did.. I was eating a chocolate covered almond and fell asleep on my light colored recliner. I’m just about ready to try your method. Will let you know😊
1. Scrape off the thick 2. Use a clean white cloth, dish soap and cold water, dabbing with inward strokes. 3. Use baby powder or talc to soak up soapy water for 30 seconds then vacuum off. 4. Finish off with another clean white cloth and dry with a hair dryer

I was totally going to blame my choc covered raisen mess on the two-year-old, but then I saw your video. 😆 Does that make me a bad person? I mean come on, they're 2, it's not like it would be lasting damage for them! But hey, no need to find out. I'm going to use your method and clean up my mess.
Yeah, yeah... Just put a lot of ice cubes in a spray bottle with water, spray the area down well, and hit it with the shop vac. Do this like 3x and go drink a beer. No need to rub or destroy the fibers of the couch/car interior by using a toothbrush, knife, credit card, whatever, just do the aforementioned.

Do not use corn starch for step 3. It made a worse mess than the chocolate!
