It _was_ extremely strong but it was for a friend who loves whiskey, and it was meant to be like taking a small shot. I just added room temp whiskey to melted chocolate while whisking. The alcohol did not evaporate in the time that it took to fill the chocolates, although it's possible that the chocolate casing prevented evaporation.
Yes, if a little bit gets in, but if you add more of any water based liquid (water, milk, cream) it will loosen back up. Obviously this won't save chocolate you wanted to use for bark or coating, but it's essentially how chocolate sauces and ganaches work
