Thank you Shivesh for these wonderful tips!! Love it..!
    Though, have few questions.
    1. Can you specify 'parts' like what should be the quantity of both chocolate and cream? E.g. Is it like 1 cup cream and 2 cups chocolate?
    2. Can we beat ganache directly by hand beater?

And should I use it immediately to coat my cake after making the ganache and then cool it to get it set, or let the ganache cool and then coat my cake? And the cake should be at room temperature?.... sorry if the questions are basic and if already asked before...but ur inputs will be very helpful to me. Thanks in advance!

1.For how many days can we store it in the refrigerator?
2.And if we want to use it again, say after 5 days of storing in the refrigerator..do we need to blend it again before using or it's ready to use just at room temperature?
    3. Can we use Amul fresh cream for making this ganache? Or does it require heavy whipping cream?

The cake was good. Spongy and tasty but it fell apart. LIKE it was too spongy.
