Ingredients:
For Chocolate Sponge :
Oil - 1/4 cup
Condensed Milk / Milkmaid - 1/4 cup
Powdered Sugar - 1/4 cup
All Purpose Flour/ Maida - 1 cup
Cocoa Powder - 1/4 cup
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
A pinch of salt
Milk - 3/4 cup
For Chocolate Cream :
Cream - 1 cup or 3/4 cup (aisa kyun, dekhne ke liye video dekho )
Chocolate Ganache
For Chocolate Mirror Glaze :
Water - 3/4 cup
Cornflour - 1tbsp
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Milk - 1/2 cup +1/4 cup or as per need
Dark Compound Chocolate - 100 gm
