I really think full hand wrist guards would be ideal in colder months. I grow a beard every winter to keep my face warm haha. Face covering too while floating. I’ve been saving for the pint X and this video pretty much confirms I’m making the right choice. Glad to see you out and about. ☮️ ❤️ ➖⚫️➖

Hi Scot & Lily, another great vid, the OG magic is back! I'd like how Lily was unequivocal in her preference for the Pint X. I just sold my XR and am awaiting my Pint X to carry me over to the GT.

@@ScotMendenhall it arrived last night, it blew me away because I remember I once had the original Pint and it didn't go far or seem to have all that much power compared to the XR. The only bad thing was I was riding at night and the front light is horrible. I had to use a Maglite, but everything else was great.
I really loved the Pint X
@@lilywiener102 it is awesome. Yesterday I rode it for 16 miles on streets and trails uphill and downhill. It seems so much funnier to me than the XR.
This kind of consistent joy only comes from the Lord ❤ (and OneWheel's) 🙂

My first pint’s name is Sora, wife’s pint is Jovie, my XR’s name is Luke (it’s customized with a galaxy carbon fiber theme)

The stock vega on the XR is honestly trash for carving. It takes SO much effort to actually push it around. Used to fatigue my feet before I swapped to the whisper. Whisper made it ride way more closely to my pint. Great video guys.
I don't mind that tire but when you are riding both back to back you feel the difference so fast.
We just have two pints right now, but can’t wait to grow our OneWheel family. One Pint is called “Dr Zoom” which has a dark green fender and rail guards. And the other one is more blacked out with cabrio fenders and is called “Shred Betty”
Fun fun fun. I can’t wait to get my GT (first OW for me). Did you see the 51 minute video OW dropped today on the GT. Looks sweet!

My Pint is named "The Rollin' One". The fender has artwork depicting a disc golf player throwing a disc into a basket. The name combines rolling on a single wheel with a hole in one.
Lily, may I suggest a name for a Pint X if you get one? "Lil' Wheel".

Have been practicing with pint X for few days now. And I like how nibble it is but definitely hard to balance when stand still.
The pint x is sick! I’m actually surprised that it has a faster acceleration than the XR

Thanks for the vid you wonderful humans! I found a dealer with a Pint X near me... so I think I'm gonna try it out today. I still have reservations about ordering a GT with all the malfunctions.

Nice! 👍👍 Me at 58 kinda Senior citizen one step closer to getting a pint x instead of a XR for me first investment in a one wheel life style. Come on black Friday bring a good deal or may wait for good deal on used pint x with winter about to settle in in Buffalo NY an ski season around the corner.

Winter is setting in here in MN as well and snowboarding season is about to begin but I always find time to ride my OW. Have you ever rode a OW?

Put a FF Hossier Whisper and your XR will feel like the pint X. Coming from experience. The stock vega tire is too heavy and square on the XR which makes it less zippy and terrible to carve. The pint x is still awesome though.
I have had that tire on and it does change the ride very much. It felt like the pint to much so I switched it out again. ha

@@ScotMendenhall I'll say cause after market for XR is awesome! I have a Pint X. There's literally almost no after market parts for it. 🤨 trust me been looking for them consistently. Looking at Float Life and Craft & Ride, hardly anything tho flightfins does have some stuff. Rode for 700 miles and still want an XR. 🤨😄 you even just brought XR B.A.N.G. bumpers. Pint X's get no love. 😪😪😪😅
What about how the XR handles with an Enduro when it comes to carving/handling? I've had a PInt X for a little over a year now. Put a Burris treaded tire on it towards the end of last summer. I've been looking at doing a few other things to it, float plates, Kush Nug High and the front grip tape and possibly flight fins, but I've heard the XR is a better board for tricks when it comes to bonks, nudges and drops. In that case, there's a used XR locally really low miles someone is selling for only $600. Debating getting it and setting it up with an enduro and as more of a trick board. Eventually I'm probably going to get a GT, but likely not til Spring or longer.
My Pint is named Gizmo. And my feet are size 15! I find the quick dismount quite difficult on my Pint with such big feet.

Do you find your heel and toe hanging off the board of the pint painful? Uncomfortable enough to opt for the XR or GT instead?
No it doesn't bother me at all. I really feel it when I switch right away from the XR to Pint.
Scott, going from a pint.. what would you recommend..pintX or an XR..I prob ride more on asphalt than trails but I do love trail riding..got size 11.5 shoe having a hard time deciding, would wait and get Gat but can’t afford that right now just need a range upgrade pretty bad
XR will give you range and speed upgrade. The Pint would give you get up and go and more range than the Pint. You could pick up a used XR right now I am sure with the new GT coming out

Wonder pintx compare w xr upgraded battery? Even stocked XR is still old design few yrs back. I wouldn't surprise if stocked pint will beat XR torque. Can u make video pintx vs upgrade battery XR?
Hey guys, I’m 52, never ridden a skate board, never ridden a snow board and I just ordered a Onewheel GT! How crazy is that?!?!?
Okay, now … the rest of the story …
It’s actually for my 19 year old. I was going to get him a car, and he said “Dad, I really don’t want a car. I would much rather have a Onewheel.
So, on Black Friday, I placed the order. We should be receiving it by the middle of February.

@@ScotMendenhall definitely the gt. I live in a hilly rural area of Kentucky there's not very many places but buke trails and most are 10 miles plus.

Was thinking of picking up a used Pint to have as a second board with my XR. But this makes me question if I should grab the PintX for a few more $$'s.

The float life guys act as if the Pint X doesn't exist. They aren't really objective and pretty much only want XRs. Same with their products. They only ride XRs, so don't really make products for anything else.
