@@tofer9147 that is not true. The point of having a nuclear deterrent is that other people know about it. If one side doesn't know there's possible retaliation then they'd be more likely to use it.
Doomsday weapons only work in preventing nuclear war so long as their existence is known. South Korea is relying on America's nuclear arsenal to as a counter weight.

I love that they make these well known. If there ever was a war buildup, they certainly have them all in one spot at the same time. It's their military State of the Union.
It doenst matter because they have nuke. Other country would think 10 times if they wanna mess around with them. Thats why their country was peaceful and never have a coup or an uprising despite their civilian poverty (caused by evil uncle sam), because those evil b*st*rd across the ocean know that they will pay a heavy toll if they ever think of planning/sponsoring an uprising in north korea.

There are a good amount of videos on RUclips showing footage from inside the country. It might not be easy or cheap to go but their tourism is a financial asset from what I've read.

I'm given the impression that a country loses a war if the government formally announces surrender, and or the government/military would be unable to function properly anymore, or if the country itself is being decimated by the enemy. I don't see that happening in the US yet though. :)
