A tiny observation. The biogas flame is pulsating. It indicates that there is some water condensate blocking the gas line. You will get a smooth and steady flame once you remove the water from the line. ( I am not talking about the water filter, but the water being stuck in the pipe somewhere along the line. )
@@HinrenEngineering thanks for replying, I found a way of storing more gas than what fills in to the floating dome, Aliex sells some pumps quite cheap that will pump the gas produced so if you fit a microswitch to detect when the dome is up about 6 inches it sucks off the gas into another container, its still low pressure so doesnt have to be a steel container, a tank similar to that water tank will do. my digester is fixed so I use a pressure switch to turn my pump on and off. I dont use the gas but use the waste liquid for my plants so just vent the gas off now.
One thing I didn't understand is that the one tank goes up and down depending on the amount of gas you have. But I thought that the slurry needed to be in an air tight container for anaerobic digestion. So how do you keep the seal between the gas holding half of the tank with the slurry half of the tank? or is there some small gap where the slurry is open to the outside air?
Can we use this gas to run a diesel generator? Some people say it can cause issue and head gaskets go bad etc. is there a conversion kit needed to run diesel generator.

Is there any technical reason why you cant light the lpg side of the stove with conventional matches?

I think it is human waste but I am not sure . Since there are cultural issues with using human waste, most people prefer food waste.

we have few plants working in pakistan (you might find on youtube) which provide gas to generators. These generators are then producing electricity.
