As she speaks I can empathize with her. I recall how I thought of Yeshua what he went through and how he still loves us. The challenge as a believer is to strive to be like Him but the journey is rough! What I love about the bible is that it tells us how the ones who lead us in this blessed journey struggled. We are all redeemable. The challenge is to strive to be like him, it is not perfection but earnestly seeking God. Thank you for sharing. I feel encouraged.
Depression is a very dangerous mental health issue and it attacks and destroys souls in utter silence. Bahati thanks for the programme and I am grateful that Carol shared her story. She is obviously in a better place.

Watching from South Africa, I have learnt a lot, depression is real, 2023 something happened to me and i tried to explain to people so that they can understand but it's get worse, I have lost self esteem even loose focus on my job

Wow! My story is so similar to Carol's. Depression is real, hating church is real, feeling betrayed by Christians is real too, going to church and sitting at the extreme back is real, remaining in ministry & serving God is real, people around you making the situation worse is real, withdrawal is so real. Kwegamba Carol nkutegeera bulungi. Healing comes a step at a time. May God continue healing us.

I remember Carol. I was wondering where she had gone. Life is very unpredictable but if we keep pushing, it gets better. The twists and turns are what make it beautiful. Glad to see she’s doing fine.

My Prayer is one that those two lovely people ( Carol and Cooper) can re-unite in their Marriage at least I have ever met Cooper at church and he is such a wonderful person and for Carol, we are in the same neighborhood and at least I have watched her programs, she is also a wonderful woman, I pray that God can re-unite them in marriage in Jesus' Name.
