This is me😢I can't count how many times I have cried in my bed, having one child en the father rejects the baby is the most painful thing on earth, I got so annoyed that I stopped going to church but after seeing many stories I realized mine is even far better, I have a very nice job, my son is on medical insurance meaning we can access the best hospitals in Uganda , I decided to forgive the father of my son for the past, present and future and give my time to my boy, have gone back to God coz am live and still have a purpose, I have faith that I will be a great woman in future and will give the best to my child, May all single mothers and fathers God see you through and you bring up the most responsible children

Why does the church leave people in hard moments
It's usually not deliberate bse even some people in such situations hate to see church members call or even look for them I think bse of guilt and shame and it becomes abit challenging to get them.
The Church tries for sure but it's the devils trick to isolate people in such situations and later the devil whispers to you and convinces you that church members don't love and care about you.
It is God still who chooses someone who will connect with you and help you.
All in all everyone has a script of their life and above all God's grace is sufficient.
So I don't think we should generally say church doesn't care.
What i can say. These are hired servants, you remember how Jesus said that these hired servants when wolves come the hired servant will flee and leave the sheep; but Jesus is the perfect shepherd. He will never leave nor forsake anyone one of his sheep.
