This week I'm attempting to do the 7 wonders of the world in 7 days! Visiting the 7 wonders of the world is something that Ive always wanted to do and I thought to myself, I wonder if I can do it in 7 days? As far as I'm aware no one has attempted this before so the only way I'm going to know if its possible is by giving it a go!

Don't queue for tickets at the Coliseum! Just 200m along the road is the ticket office for the Forum/Palatine Hill, the same tickets work for all 3, so buy your tickets there then walk to the Coliseum and bypass the ridiculous queue.
I just went on a tour ik, classic tourist 😒😂 but it was actually a good tour and for a good price

Tip for anyone going to the Colosseum - to avoid the queues buy your ticket at Palatine Hill. It's a joint ticket for Palatine Hill & Colosseum. It's about a 3 min walk away and I was the only one at the ticket booth. You can then just go straight to the Colosseum :)

Love the video of the colosseum.Tips for any skint travellers,You can catch a bus called teravision from the airport into central Rome for a few Euro's.Also you can buy a drink in some bars and help yourself to a buffet.Check where the students hang out.Good luck in Egypt and beyond.Hope you achieve the challenge.Gary. Ive been to Rome twice and both times ive turned back after seeing the queue for the Colosseum. Recommend going to the Colosseum in Pula, its smaller but in better condition and fewer tourists.

This isn't one of the 7 wonders of the world.. you've missed out Machu Picchu.. I guess he had to make it easier for himself to avoid the 14 hour hike in Peru!
There are many wonders of the world not just 7. He done the pyramids instead which is classed as an ancient wonder of the world (the only one still standing) so its often included in the new wonders of the world depending on your source.
You can take the bus up to Machu Picchu, takes about 30 minutes. Some people do the Inca trail which takes many hours
