Heel Toe is a bass pedal technique, which involves hitting the pedal with the full foot (the "heel" part,) and then hitting it again quickly with the toes (the, uh, "Toe," part,) although the name refers more to where the force of each hit is coming from, not which part of the foot has to hit the pedal. In this video, SG913 uses it to hit the fast 32nd note bass quads at the beginning.

If you already play drums and are used to the double bass, it's not a difficult transition. If you're new at drums and haven't played double bass before, it definitely takes time getting used to.
Oh don't worry, since I'm finally back in town and Scotty has this awesome camera setup and is graciously allowing me to use it, I'm planning on doing a lot more FCs with this setup, including some of my older RB FCs (WGFA, Panic Attack, Smooth Criminal, Space Truckin', etc.)
The hands are easy, the feet are easy, but the final product is tricky to coordinate, especially since this song is in 12/8 timing (meaning triplet kicks). To be able to play this is nothing special, but to play it flawlessly as in the video is an acheivement worth recognizing. One more thing, a few people mentioned the hand/foot rools at 3:18 and 3:24. They took me a while to get the coordination down, but once the technique is down its dead simple. Its cool to do 32nd note fills with them.

True, you can, but sometimes the game will think that the notes it "hit for you" when you activated like that were actually missed, and give you a 99% on the results screen. To avoid the incessant complaining that brings from people who don't read descriptions, I try to avoid activating on anything other than orange or yellow notes.
Actually, if you listen to the songs on ~99% of all the tracks, you'd see that all of the bass drum hits are charted correctly. No extras or nothing. Rock Band takes out approximately half of the bass drum hits, as you can clearly see in Painkiller and much of the Megadeth DLC as well as all of the Mayhem Fest track pack. No they recently changed it after Guitar Hero World Tour allowed for the inclusion of a second pedal. Plus Expert+ charts were made to be played with a double pedal
he does.. Nope, I bought the Roland kit months before Rock Band came out to do some recording and session work. I also badly needed a quieter way to practice drums in my apartment; an acoustic kit with silencers just wasn't cutting it. It was just very good fortune that I already had the kit when people began discovering how to hook up MIDI kits to Rock Band.
roland td-6 SX-T's i belive. its an electronic drum set. he modded them to play rockband and guitar hero, plus its perfectly legal according to scorehere for scores and leaderboard posts and such.
I'd agree, for certain songs. Actually, when I first played Laid to Rest on RB, I did have my left foot miming the left foot beat on the floor to help me stay on time during the fills. XD
if you have the guitar hero drum kit just go get a splitter cable, and another bass pedal... i got the instruments at future shop, took it back saying the orange cymbal didn't work, but i took it back without the bass pedal, so they gave me a whole new kit, including the bass pedal, thus i now have two lol :D
@bubbastwin That is ELECTRIC DRUMSET, A REAL DRUMSET. But, you can make them to work with Guitar hero by plugging a midi cable from the GH:WT drumset to that REAL ELECTRONIC DRUMSET.
Awesome kit upgrades are awesome. I could really use a PD-125 and KD-120. Nice FC though man. I wound't have the mentality to get something like that because of those crazy fills at the end.
His left foot pedal doesn't have a beater like the right does. He most likely rolls it up in order to keep his pants from getting his by the beater, it would be extremely annoying and potentially ruin a streak if it were to get caught.
That's what I was thinking you'd might be able to do. So technically it should be possible, just extremely hard to FC the whole song with one foot lol.
@austinflamez14 Considering that the VAST majority of Lamb of God's songs feature growls and screams, in Guitar Hero or Rock Band they would be extremely easy.

If someone didn't have two pedals they couldn't play expert plus. And SO many people have been complaining about not having double bass.
On that difficulty (Expert Plus), you will definitely need 2 kick pedals. I don't recommend using only one.
