This is the best guidance I have ever had in accessing memory and emotion from my childhood; it's mostly a blur with snippets of random stories.
    Thank you.

Fantastic video. Your perspective and voice are awesome! Relaxing voice for a potentially stressful topic.

This is an interesting idea for processing memories. I haven't many memories from my childhood and teenage years. When visiting my sister's family this summer I experienced a very visceral reaction of fear when trying to ride an adult trike. I'm wondering if I had some bike riding accident when I was younger and can't remember.

Adam. my husband I have been following you through your series. We had a zoom with you in August. We have tried numerous times to support your podcast on you website and have been unable to do so. We would like to. Please give us some guidance on what we may be doing wrong. Thank You.

Movie scenes that move me …
    The Sixth Sense:
Ghost of suicidal Vincent screams “you failed me!!!” How I feel about family and even God sometimes.
    Shawshank Redemption:
Red travels down to Mexico to reunite with Andy, both free now to live. “Get busy living, or get busy dying.”
    All of Schindler’s List:
The horror, the terror, the loss. Too much for a brain to process. Dissociation.
    Apocalypse Now:
Colonel Kurtz: “the horror …….. the horror.”
