i was putting down almost 400 and beating the hell out of it on stock rods with weisco pistons over 200k miles. The rods are ok over 400hp, I did get a bit of a knock right before I sold it but it endured some outstanding levels of abuse.
+Bunka Fas lol 950hp through the wrong wheels is something I would never bother with, if you can't get the power down then there is no point. it's like having a really powerful engine on a boat but only having oars, no propeller. if you want to spend a shit load of money on a gimmick then go for it ;)

That is a well built engine, no blowby. Look at a similar HP evo and you'll se an engine eating as much oil as a 2 stroke trabant.

Talk about turbo lag. The power doesn't start to come on until 5k. Well built engine though taking the T5 to 9k rpms is impressive for that motor.
when u take into consideration how big the turbo is then thats pretty much exspected this woud be pretty undrivable on the street

Was the oscillating rpm vs load pattern on purpose?
sticky date pudding load based map tuning the m4.4 ecu is a very tunable ecu but most of it is based on load no actual boost pressure

This one is a diesel 81mm bore block with the slit between the cylinders welded.

how much power is it on a stock Block for the t5 ?
350 tops on a bog standard block with a turbo+injectors upgrade and a damn good tune, after that you're gonna need to upgrade the rods.

completly stock from the dealer the engine has 225hp if its a 850 t5 and 250hp for all the other models like s60 t5 or v70 t5
Why did you change pistons before rods?? Stock pistons are good for 500+/- hp
