For example Start with the basics like just the kick, then add hats, then more cymbals and finally snare, claps and other sounds. After that get a bass line going and so on… Also a good idea is if you already have a melody or rhythm in your head record it and revisit later. Also take brakes, don‘t pressure it, and walk away from the instrument and try do it in your head. I hope somebody finds this helpful.
