Because I really want to use this summer or shouldn't we?
You can train as much as you'd like as long as you're continuing to make gains and are getting enough sleep and eating properly.

Can someone please drop me a training/basketball routine that I can do I've been searching the internet but nothing has really been doing it for me. (I'm a point guard)

I have been doing full body for 6 weeks should I keep doing it or change to upper lower

It's all done during the drills -- go at game speed when you're doing each workout.

Is there any possibility if u hire a private trainer which u will have a real NBA WORKOUT AND TRAINING starting from 15 years old until 18 years old which u will have 3 years to get ready for NBA and once ur ready u become 18 then u will get a agent so is there any possibility to get drafted since that u were ready with that 3 years training with private coach and with that nba training and workout

I got my diet plan from Agoge Diet and lost 2kg in just 10 days. So far, so good. Can't wait to see numbers on scale after 20 more days. I am so excited about this.
Coach my parents won't let me have 2 basketball sessions in one day what do I do
Since my Dad cant take me to the gym everyday plus I work too since Im going to college...
Monday: Skill work and Weight room (Upper Body + Core)
Tuesday: Skill work and Weight Room (Lower Body)
Wednesday: Rest day/Possibly might start meditating idk why, just something I always wanted to do (and im stretching everyday)
Thursday: Skill work + Upper Body and Core
Friday: Skillwork + Lower Body
6:30am - 1:00am since i have to get ready to go to work
Saturday: might just go outside and hoop
Sunday: Might meditate and go outside and hoop :D 😂

What if we can't get to a gym during the week and only get to one on the weekends?
Then do whatever you can. Workout in the driveway, park, wherever and save most of your shooting for the weekends.

I got most of the elite programs. What would you recommend I do for the shooting portion of the schedule mentioned in the video?
What do you do if you go somewhere else to do basketball drills and work out would you be able to do that on top of EGT?
Also I can’t get a rebounder to help me out on my workouts and the shooting challenge, so how do I do my workout in 45-1 hour when I can barely workout in that time and idk how to do the shooting challenges by myself

That's something you'll have to figure out on your own -- try both and see which you like better.

Hi I bought egt 2.0 along with a couple other programs and am really happy with it so far.
But I am confused about a drill in egt 2.0, in the ball screen vs drop coverage days. I don't really understand the hesitation and explode drill, the video is only 14 seconds and cuts off
Is a Paleolithic Diet cool for basketball
Paleo is pretty good but I'd add in more good carbs.
It's all about how your body responds. Do you feel rested? Full of energy? Are you seeing gains in the gym and with your skills workouts?
The answers (or at least partial answers) to those questions can be traced back to what you're eating.

Hey I'm 10 years old so can I come in make every shot
I just started doing egt 2.0 and most workouts are taking me 2-3 hours, is it supposed to take that long? If not, will it take less time as I miss less shots (I am not a great shooter yet and I get my own rebound so it takes a while to get certain drills done sometimes)
It will get shorter as you get more familiar and better with the drills. Right now it's all new for you.

At least 8. More if you can. Learn to listen to your body. For example, the football player JJ Watt sleeps around 10 hours.

That's up to you -- we just give a general outline, it's up to the player to fill in the blanks because people's schedules are different.

Just a few mins for the actual challenge -- you want to do it a high tempo.

So your saying shooting challenges that I’ll do in the game at game speed ?
Yes, game speed without rest until you've taken all of your shots. Then you'll have to do it again if you didn't hit your number of makes from each spot.
All of your skill and shooting workouts are done with super focus and at game speed. Doing so will help develop your mind where it doesn't know the difference between practice or a game, and it will help with your conditioning.
...which makes you more efficient with your time. The more time you can spend on developing your game versus getting into basketball shape is a huge win because most of your competition doesn't train this way.

Im 14 i dont lift can i do like body weight only?
TheUltimate Gamer you can lift lightweight, like 5 to 8/9 kilos. But dont do squats and deadlifts, instead do bodyweight squats if you targeting your lower body.
Other bodyweight exes. For the lower body Could be:
- Tuck jumps;
- One leg squats,
- Boxjumps;
- pogo jumps;
My workout worked at first and then it changed workouts to the sniper instead of the slasher! I have tried this multiple times! Please someone help, I don’t know what is wrong
The system will only give one workout not multiple.

Quit if you don't LOVE doing the HARD work and spend your time on something you do LOVE doing the HARD work. Basketball, like many things, isn't for everybody.

EGTBasketball thanks coach. I'm never gonna quit, I used to love coming home and working on my game, but after 2 seasons where I saw no improvement I started to lose confidence in my practice. I just have to stick with it and become more mentally tough.
