Expandable Flood Barrier operation

This expandable flood barrier can prevent flood water from entering your house/building up to a height of 2.5 feet above the floor. It can be fixed and removed in 30 minutes. It could be fixed onto a door frame or any rectangular opening. There is no permanent construction or fixtures on the building. The Flood Barrier could be horizontally expanded up to 6 inches and thus will fit onto any door size. I reside in Thrissur, Kerala, India.
