Yes i think they do sometimes send it in a box and sometimes a satchel. I don't think I would personally get this service but I can definletly see the appeal and think its good for some folks. I like to thoroughly research a product before buying and don't really like surprises. I think it is 50.00 AUD it should be, these guys are only in AU
