I just received my retromixer, I should have done this years ago. It is so nice to be able to wash my hands without burns or frostbite after 18 years of living in my building.

Is it possible to adjust the distance for the two holes?
Yes, it can be aligned easily - 0:16
My taps sprouts are bigger than the retromixer's insert holes. Not happy!
Hi Deco, I'm sorry to hear that your Retromixer doesn't fit. There are so many tap spout shapes out there. We tried to add descriptions to our product listings to make people aware of limitations (eg. diameter). For returns, I can assure you that they will be free. Sorry for not being able to convert your taps

@@dennyschenk4314 hi, there was no manual, just three pictures. Also, no way to contact the seller to ask them. Returned it. Thanks for your reply.

Also, all units get sold with manuals. Did you buy it second hand?
@@dennyschenk4314 I bought it new from Amazon. Contacted Amazon customer service for help to contact the seller and they said there is absolutely NO WAY to contact the seller. I have returned it and got refunded. End of story. Ps: inside the parcel it was a piece of paper with 3 pictures on. No manual.
