Great haul for June! I see some titles that I was unaware of. I appreciate you sharing your pickups.

Nice. In June, I took advantage of my library getting a stack of blu-rays on sale for 2 for $5 and picked up I think 10 (about half of them upgrades from DVD for me). But my favorite pickup was the giallo film "The Case of the Bloody Iris" from brand-new boutique label Celluloid Dreams.

Wow, great that you picked up some films. I will checkout the Celluloid Dreams label. I'm all over the map with what I'm watching lately but plan to get back to more Aki Kaurismäki films.

I’m thrilled The Uninvited got a special Imprint bluray release. That film is SO good. Edited to add: A Patch of Blue is my favourite Poitier film, you’re going to love it :)

Oh that's great, love Shiva Baby. Sounds like I need to subscribe to MUBI also. I still want to get back to the UK someday. Is there a good time to visit?

@@CinemaDaveMedia I think anytime is fine - Spring and summer sees the Uk at its nicest weather wise- we don't get harsh winters now, the last few winters have been mild.

@@letstalkcriterion Thanks for the recommendation. Years ago, I was there in June (business trip) but have always wanted to go back. I stayed in Swindon for a week and did have one day to tour London.
