Does flipping them over with a jump attack only work in ds3?

@@callofdarksouls you can in Dark Souls 3, but it's been too long since I've played Dark Souls 2, so I don't remember if it works there as well.
If it does, they can't disappear while getting back on their feet, so you can just flip them again and again until they're dead.
