    Right to repair revolution is hard work of years & persistence of Consumer Rights organization named as Mumbai Grahak Panchayat. Giants like Google, apple threatened & pressurised Consumer forum not to bring this bill. But govt took it seriously. that's why Indian consumers are at advantage & Rights are preserved
