PRESS CONFERENCE: Felony Murder Bill to Provide Second Chances

Pa. state Rep. Tim Briggs, Chair of the House Judiciary Committee, will host a press conference introducing HB 443, a bill that would create the opportunity to seek parole for those incarcerated with second-degree felony murder sentences. The bill would bring Pennsylvania sentencing laws closer to alignment with the majority of other states.
