60 lakh is way too much an avg cse grad from iit will ATLEAST gwt 18 to 20 lakh ctc and a great one will get ctc of 28-35 lakh few genuis will get above 40 lakhs But some companies like nk securities(that hire only from top iits) give over 1 crore package to freshers(u get mostly in cash not stocks...around 70 lakh base pay rest is bonus depending on your performance)!!!!!!!!
