I bought a cheap light pad on Amazon after Cricut came out with their original Brightpad. I found it was harder to weed using the pad so I gave up on it. Next time I do glitter I'll give it another try but I vaguely remember it didn't help me much.
Try cutting on the shimmer glitter setting with more pressure. You can also cut twice, without unloading the mat, press the Cricut or play button again.
Love your honest reviews 😍 and looking forward to more. I personally like to weed under normal lighting conditions but I will still give the lightbox a chance just for the experience 😅 Keep up the good work 🤟
Thanks for letting me know, it may have been changed in the last 10 months since this video was posted but I'll try to find locate the same one I purchased and update.

Yeah I agree, it seems like an unnecessary purchase unless using glitter vinyl which I don't use all that often.
I wanted to purchase one but now I will stick to my old methods thank uv
Good to hear it was helpful. Definitely invest in a good overhead light.
Im having a hard time getting a precise cut with the glutter vinyl i can figure out the right settings

The Amazon link was for an A4 pad not A3
