In French the transitives take être in passé composé . Verbs of movement , state n process. Réflexives take the be-verb. I believe this is concise in all languages . In the main. I get this.
Now I know why I never did well in English. Take something simple,make as confusing as humanely possible. Half way through totally lost😢.really see no differance in sate verbs

I do get this. I was being a teacher too....
Subject + verb + object = transitive Active voice
But if I said:
John ran a video
Then it's considered a transistive verb.
My backward thinking uses the passive voice.
Being that she's so beautiful, it's a little more difficult to concentrate.
