This is BRILLIANT!!!!! A perfect way to progress your balance. I've regressed after PT before Covid and can't get it back "the old way" immediately...used to stand well on my balance board/wobble board, but no more! This is EXACTLY what I need...step by step. No PT's I've experienced have ever done this!! THANK YOU! I'm taking notes and re-patterning! I don't have kettlebells, but I'm going to try putting a regular weight into a fanny pack! And for that Bosu ball...a rebounder. I know I will never walk well enough to get my cardio up, so back on my rebounder which my PT sort of ignored. and I am loving it (again)! Unfortunately, I don't have stairs, so I have to made do with a step but I'll figure it out!

Thanks for watching and for the tips! A rebounder is excellent! Also, a weight inside a bag with a handle will work perfect. :) Have a great week!

In one of the previous videos, you mention the Japanese rituals of getting down on the floor and getting up several times a day. Deliberately walking on uneven ground, for example stones, sods of grass and the like. I used to be happy with successful climbing and descending stairs, now with increasing ability I do it, cautiously with the handrail so that I climb and descend sideways. Have a nice week.

Hi, I have a question after having watched your videos on spasticity and AFOs with much interest. I have right-side hemiparesis with foot spasticity and knee buckling due to a metastasis on my left thalamus. Radiation didn’t help so far and the GP and oncologist wonder whether the paresis will improve. Do you have experience with this type of patients and is there anything i can do to regain at least some mobility? Thanks!
