The Akrapovic full exhaust system is the carbon racing one which was used in the previous generation (2024) and I haven't had any issues using that for the bike. Video is based in Melbourne, Australia. ☺
@@yasashiix So the mounting method is still the same as last year's model, am I correct? I've found a few good exhaust systems out there but the latest one they make is for the 2024 MT-07. It would be amazing if it's still the same. Thank you in advance 🙏
@@proxyhx2075 The amounting method is the same. The only thing was the bolt for the actual bracket was a little misaligned so had to grate that a bit but that's a small issue.
@@yasashiix Hiya! Also ordered a new 2025 model. Just a question about the exhaust, the new exahaust has a new, second O2-sensor on this 2025 model, correct? How did you work around this with the 2024 exhaust on this 2025 model?
I didn't get to ride the older versions so I'm definitely not qualified to review 😅 But comparing this bike to let's say an R3 which I did ride, total night and day when it comes to both torque, suspension, smoothness, power
I bought the full system exhaust before I received the bike. It was a gamble on whether it would fit or not but considering the placement looked the same as the older models, it was a risk worth taking
Seems to have lost the deep grunt at higher revs compared to previous years, is there a db killer in there or something? Edit: Just saw "without baffle" in the description. If it no longer has the deep grunt at higher revs then it's a deal breaker for me as I don't normally like 2 cyl sounds but the old MT07 is the only 2 cyl sound that I liked. I live in Australia so maybe an early release? Dash is essentially the same as the MT09 model with the different modes and switchboard.

The bike essentially sounds like that video - just the mic doesn't pick up a lot of due to the wind and foam covering the mic

Just make a walkaround if it is...but you wont
