Well I have always found the 300-500 cc bikes more fun than 600 or 1000cc.May be its a personal taste or may be the 300s are more forgiving ,(my latest purchase duke rc 390)but I have always unleashed myself more on the 300-500 cc bike category than on the larger engines.Hence had way more fun on a usable power range than on the massive zx 14r with more or less unusable(read fatal or un-unforgiving) power unless you are on a race track. The 300s have always been a less gorgeous/awesome but way more friendly girlfriend than the gorgeous but self centered 1000s.
v well said. even i feel 300cc is enough for harnessing the bike prowess and satiate your bike riding thirst on Indian roads. even ktm 390 engine top speed is 175 leave higher cc aside, where one going to ride at even 150 for long stretcha at our great indian roads.
truly said...although we all made some impulsive choices and sometimes just go by the heart by buying litre class bikes and above...they are pretty deadly even for experienced riders ...keeping our riding conditiona in mind...max one should opt for 650cc bike given the practicality in nature...yeah for cruisers you can go higher ..
agreed. Indians road conditions are unforgiving which adds to the fatal nature of the power those liter class bikes offer. Going above 120, even in a car, is dangerous.
Squares usually one is dedicated high beam and one is normal or low beam, in foreign countries, bikes always have their headlights on, no option for off , just option between high beam or low beam. that's why one is always on, this is seen in many bikes. even the ninja 300 has this. P.s there's been a new Automatic Headlight On law in India, which means all new bikes will have their headlights always on
Adwaith Vasudevan Why don't they put a high beam and a low beam on both the sides. It would be symmetrical and won't look so odd. And didn't know about the new law, though. That explains why new pulsars come with that feature.
Squares BMW's typical design is always asymmetrical, it's what makes their bikes stand out,all BMW bike's are asymmetrical, and it's just simpler to put a high beam on one side and low beam on other, putting high beam/low beam in both would just add unnecessary complexity.
It's not about that.. It is my dream bike to own.. Better or not.. Loved the massive and mean look of the bike.. Even more so than diavel.. And yes I have rode v max.. Both the old one and the new one.. That's why it's my dream bike.. ✌️
that's the common misconception everyone has my friend....I wanted to buy the Benelli 600i (not anymore) but my mom was like...a 600 will go really fast. even my CBR 250 goes 140...just don't understand what they think
even if I sold my fuckin house and my little Bajaj Discover.I won't buy this beast coz I can't even shift to the 2nd gear due to speed limits..Thug life

why don't they turn the both headlamps on, or put both off? why does it always has to be half on!?!

I don't think I can live with that, but then I also don't think I'll ever have money enough to own one, Haha. So it's all good I suppose.
