I made these this morning and they were excellent. Really delish. I’m trying to cut down on sugar so instead of adding the honey I added 1 teaspoon of the liquid Truvia stevia-honey blend. It made them just sweet enough for me. I also had an orange lying around so I zested it and added it with the lemon zest. These were a huge hit. Thanks so much for the recipe!
I loved this series thank you so much!! I started college last year and living alone in a new country all by myself, and your recipes really helped me. I shed a few pounds too! I don’t really like eating out, so I followed many of your recipes and was able to make dinners and lunches for myself! Being here in the states was a challenge but your grocery shopping hauls and all your other videos really helped and I was able to make asian foods I was used to eating back home. Thanks for all these great videos, you’re really helped me through my first year a lot ☺️
lemon ricotta pancakes are some of my absolute favorites, i will have to try this! thank you so much for working so hard on this series. -i’m glad you said you’re going to incorporate more budget friendly videos on your channel. it would be cool to see ingredient challenge recipes where you can only use 5 or less to make a meal, or something along those lines. also, your kitchen supplies and dish-ware are absolutely BEAUTIFUL but unfortunately out of my price range, so i would love to see a video on “dupes” where we can achieve the same esthetic for a lesser price. and also along the lines of kitchen supplies, it would be so cool if you talked about essential tools in cooking and exactly what kind of pots/pans/appliances are necessary for the everyday person! i’m a college student so i don’t have a lot of money to invest in multiple kinds of kitchen gadgets, but i still love trying out new & unique recipes and i would love to see your opinion on things that you can’t live without/are absolute essentials. can’t wait to see what’s coming in February!! 💛

Hey! I really have enjoyed your Healthy Start series, and I am a huge fan of your channel. My suggestion is to perhaps do a "Meatless Monday" or rather a series dedicated to vegan/vegetarian options. Also, You could do a full menu based on a theme, display how you cook the full menu...I saw a similar thing on kin community, and I loved it. I think your cooking style would provide a fun and flavorful twist!!! Keep up the great work!!!

Enjoyed the series, but really enjoyed your farmers market trip then shared the unusual fruits and vegetables you brought back. I have seen some of these various plants in the market but not sure what they tasted like or how to use and eat them. There are many exotic fruits and vegetables in our markets now that most Americans don't have a clue how to incorporate in our diets. Thanks for the new insight.
