- Is fear crippling you and standing between you and the success you want to create? Not in 2022 it won't... this is your year! I want to share with you the TRUTH about fear and why courage is the only way to overcome it.
I'm going to be honest with you, I can be a little scary cat! I sometimes get scared when I hear noises at night, I'll freak myself out when my feet touch something while swimming in the ocean and I hate scary movies! But you know what... I also have this thing within me called courage. Whenever I notice fear arise, I make a conscious choice to summon courage... it scares the shit out of me but with courage, I can face my fears... walk outside with a baseball bat to investigate the noise, swim a little longer in the ocean and watch a scary movie once in a while. Courage is a muscle that needs to be exercised. Each time I practice courage, I grow stronger and consequently I become less afraid.

However prior to now, I was fearless, I was optimistic, I was always motivated, I was successful.....
All that went out the window when I watched my Mum pass away 6 months ago. I know have this massive void in my heart and I find it hard to fight again, I find it hard and All I want is comfort atm..
One thing note: We must learn to harness fear.
Exactly facing fear makes u stronger and you know how to deal with it depend on the situation you are in. I tell that all people to face their fear to get rid of it and to be more stronger instead letting the fear taking control over their life. Having fear from ocean is not a shame to feel of because we care about our lives and i would say when u go to swim dont be alone, im a swimmer since i was a child so i feel you i had that fear i still have but much less than before, also dont jump into a swimming spot that u have no idea what is underneath your life matters more than swimming :). Not gonna lie if i was there i would give u a lot of tips if u want of course :). Thanks tatiana for this amazing video.
Fear can destroy everything we can be. If we can overcome it, we can do anything, face anything and go everywhere. So many people let it defeat them and it makes life so sad for them. If they could just understand it is something we create and therefore can make it less, our lives could be so much better.

I have been on the edge of giving up for awhile. I really appreciate everything she said about the comfort zone and overcoming your fears, and Laying it out in-front of you. I have extreme anxiety and this is the step I needed to take to get back on my feet. Even though writing things out may seem silly to some people, however it can help us grow so much.

That's exactly right! People will always have an opinion no matter what you say or do, it's unavoidable. When you're afraid of what they will think, you hand them your power and that puts you in a very vulnerable position. Your true power comes from understanding your innate human value, your God-given spirit.

Focus less on the fear and more on the courage
This video warms my heart Tatiana, thank you very much for this. My biggest fear for the last three years was it to tell my parents that I want to be an actress. I still get goosebumps thinking about telling them. They're amazing parents, I value their opinion way too much. I think I'm not "individual enough" to go and say: ok, so I'm doing this and my parents hate it.
Because I love them so much, want their blessing and support. I don't want a lonely life and not want to tell people about their children's professions proudly. I am looking for the courage to do this.
Everything I already know, but when you say it Tatiana, always has a different meaning/more value attached to it.
I admire you so much. One thought I had during this video "Wow, I admire her openness of life so much. Her future kids will have a intelligent mother to learn from and their life will probably be so beautiful." That thought probably came to me, because of my inner resentment towards my parents, because their lack of encouragement for artistic possibilities in life. Then I thought "well, you know about this information now. You're independent and have a mind as beautiful as Tatiana, because you understand this video and have an openness to life as well."

Thank you for sharing! I can relate to this... you and I both want to make our parents happy and proud because we LOVE them. But what does every parent want for their child? I've asked around... a great parent ultimately wants their child to be HAPPY. They want to see their children smiling.
My mom really wanted me to finish university... the fact that I was in university was something my mom was proud of. To have a daughter drop out of university would be an embarrassment.
But success speaks for itself. Go do what you love and do it with all you've got, put all your energy into it, and be filled with passion that propels your forward. If you do that, you'll be a success. I have no doubt. Most people don't realize that success in anything is just a matter of giving it your ALL. Most people just don't try.
I guarantee you that your parents will be proud when they see how successful their child is (no matter if it's not their first career choice for you) and most importantly they'll be happy to know that you are pursuing your passion in life and it's creating meaning for you. When you're lit up from the inside out, it shines through and everyone around you will feel it. No explanations needed.

1 thing I think should be noted is that although fear can lead to cautious behavior, caution doesn't have to be fear based. You can act with caution from purely objective, rational consideration, in the absence of actual fear. Caution can be derived from an unemotional analysis of risk, without fear of risk. I think many (most?) people seem (or act) like they're incapable of caution without fear. Sad for them, but they are who they are. A clever person can be cautious about their approaches to problems they identify without being afraid of the risks involved. When you can cultivate rational caution without the potentially damaging effects of fear, you don't *need* to be afraid to get the same benefits of fear. Our feelings aren't facts, they're only important as far as they motivate us & tell us our values. From those values & motivations, we can rationally construct goals based on those values & motivations, prioritized based on the relative importance of the values & motivations we have.

Thank you for this! One of my biggest fears in making a business is not knowing how to deal with problems. Like refunds or if an item doesn’t get sent out and I also struggle finding any answers to this. If you could make a video similar to how to deal with these issues like this when dropshipping on shopify or Amazon that’d be great♥️

Thank you so much for this video.... I have so many fears... I live inside my bubble, because every time I take a risk and step outside this bubble I regret it. It's like... the world outside my bubble isn't meant for me? Maybe it's because I fear so much.... maybe it's because of other things, but it's really hard for me to let the fear not define my whole life. That's why your video really was perfect for me, 'cause it reminded me of never giving up and always work on myself, so I someday can step outside my bubble again... with the knowing of my fear that I will regret it again, but also with the hope that I can make it work that time. So thank you!
I believe that the world you experience is a reflection of your inner world. It means that if there is struggle in the material world there must be some resistance in the internal world. So if you find yourself perpetually struggling whenever you’d two outside your comfort zone then it’s because you are forcing the step because you ‘think you should’ rather than taking it from a place of power. I recommend the book Power Vs. Force by David Hawkins. For example, if you try to quit drinking alcohol but you’re thinking about how much you’ll lose, then you will always undermine yourself because you see it as a loss. If you instead focus on what you could gain, then you’ll be pulled towards a healthier lifestyle.

Fear of starting a business is not my issue. As a former retail Small Business Relationship Banker, I had the courage to start 3 of my own in 2021 (small business lending, a clothing line with my youngest Son, and a financial literacy blog). My fear is how to get people to support ME, as if it's harmful for me to be the face of my businesses in a divisive society. My acquaintances and family just sit in the bleachers and watch. The question is, will I have the courage to believe that people would see my face and actually buy from ME. This is how I am failing while others are succeeding.
Hey RAD, I think they absolutely would if you're delivering massive value. Just keep in mind if you want to sell your business one day, if you do, you might not want to become the face of it so much as it will be less attractive to buyers. Keep me posted!

Thank you for your videos! If someone had a total of 3k to invest ...not a penny more. And they had motivation and wanted to make a side income of let's say 12k profit per year (after 6 months from launch). Do you recommend FBA passion product? Or rather, utilizing Merch & Etsy and just doing t-shirts and accessories? I'm so motivated and I've saved so hard. I just feel afraid to take the wrong direction. And I can not afford a course outside the classes I've taken on jungle scout. I'm willing to work very hard. I just don't know where to go...

Feeling you're fear and not letting it control you is one of the most powerful things you can do. When I feel my fear... I actually shake, physically, sometimes I can cry, I can feel nauseous (in the pit of the stomach). Fear can last a few seconds to a few minutes but once felt... it leaves. I use to fear Spiders, Heights, Violence, Lack of security/safety, Loneliness... and lots lots more but I've removed many of them by feeling them.
I would disagree that most successful people have felt their fear, I dont feel thats true. Most successful people are still driven BY their fear. They've still not felt their fear about lack of income, lack of providing for their family... lots of fear there. And because they havent felt their fear they actually live in fear... By OVER-compensating with their success in an effort to avoid feeling these fears. Sorry I know this is probably not what you are saying in your video, but this is my understanding.
