You need to understand a few concepts if you are not able to lose weight...
Jyada khana khane se vajan nahi badhta..
galat khana khane se vajan badhta hai
Weight loss is 80 % diet & 20 % exercise
Aap Jitna Bhi khana khate Hain Chahe usse Do guna khayiye..
lekin khayiye sirf sabjiya salad or fruits or toned milk & milk products.
8 se 12 glass Pani ya liquid Lena hai din bhar me ( 2- 3 Lts - more is good )...unless you have a kidney or heart problem.
Kuch cheez hai aap ko band karni hai agar aap vajan kam karna chahte hai to..jaise
Chini, aloo, chawal...band ya buhut Kam kar do..(problem with these is that they cause insulin spike)
Roti aur daal Kisi bhi Prakar ki ....Jitna Bhi khate hai...usse adha kar dijiye... aur Baki Jitna khana khana hai

Some imp facts:
Any fruit or vegetable you take on an average they have around 5 to 20 percent carbohydrates..
And proteins are also present in 0.5 to 5%..
All the fruits or vegetables ARE NOT included in carbohydrates carbs..( Except a few like dates )
You can consider something as a carbs if it has more than like 50% carbohydrates
And all the grains ( cereals specifically ) special refined ones..have much more than 50 % carbs..like wheat has 73 % carbs( so high carbs)
whole grains are 43% carbs so can be considered as moderate carbs
Pulses ( legumes) are good they have less than 50% carbs.( So moderate carbs). except a few like chickpeas and Rajma (kidney beans)
Show the basic idea is 50% of your meal should have any type of vegetables and fruits & salads
Reduce the quantity of carbohydrates to 25% and then 25% should be proteins which are coming from all sorts of which are coming from all sorts of foods . Like pulses and milk or milk products like cheese & meat etc.
(Obviously fruits and vegetables will have a minor contribution but that can be ignored & exceptions are always there)
As far as fats goes....fats are always clinging around in the food preparations but they should be not more than 10 to 15%..
And if you are really determined to do anything to lose weight : Do this...if there is any SURE SHOT method of continuously losing weight its "CALORIE COUNTING"
if you can count exactly how many calories you are using in your daily activities including sleeping watching TV including exercise travelling driving cooking bearing, all these activities also use considerable amount of energy (calories )
So you can make a list of every single thing you did in last 24 hours and then go to this website calorielab.com/burned/
to check for how many calories you have burnt and calculate the number..
then all you have to do is eat 500 calories less than that number in the next day..
To calculate how many calories are there in what kind of food you can go to this website..

Lastly :
If you are not able to lose weight in spite of having a good diet plan ( calorie deficit) and exercise schedule then you should probably get your thyroid , female hormones & Hba1c levels checked which may be the root cause why you are not able to lose weight
if your thyroid is not under control or your are diabetic or having PCOD / PCOS ... talking Medicines with this diet is important for results
Ager Thyroid problem hai to Sabse Pehle Aap Ko Apna thyroid control Me lana hoga.
So TSH T3 T4 jab tak normal Nahi Hata....vajan Kam Nahi Hoga..
Iske Alawa avoid eating raw cauliflower, cabbage, radish, broccoli & other cruciferous vegetables...& Soy ..( you can eat these things in moderation after cooking )
Take high iodine, high iron, high Selenium & high antioxidant diet.
Take thyroid medication empty stomach & at least 1 to 2 hours before any other medication..
And make sure not to take any calcium supplement or antacid for 4 hours after taking the medication because that interferes with the effect of medication..
(try to watch all episode of the thyroid series even if you don't have thyroid)

Many ppl r cnfused about taking dairy products...some nutrietionist advised to cut down dairy and dairy products, for PCOS/PCOD..!!! I am taking 1.5 to 2 litres of skimmed milk daily. 3 litres of water daily. 1 time meal of greens+ apple, in moderate. doing 25 minutes of hiit exercise daily. Am i doing the right...???
