    • @TomSir79
      @TomSir79 2 года назад +2

      May I ask how old you are? Ah just to be clear, I'm not asking, so that I could make fun of you, okay? Maybe you're still young, if so then take all your Time in the World to find the right Person for yourself.
      Me? I'm 42 going on 43 and Single for nine Years now. Happily, if I may add that. 😁
      Had a Woman once in my Life nine Years ago. Fell in love with her, we wanted to get married, then we quickly decided to get a Child together aaaand theeen everything fell apart...while she was pregnant. We wanted both a Child, but she had no use for me anymore. I did my "Duty" so to say and wasn't needed anymore...
      Fastforward into the Future. My "Duty" became nine Years old in June of this Year and I haven't seen her in five Years, when she was four!
      So...whatever you do, look CAREFULLY, don't trust too QUICKLY, don't let yourself be impressed so EASILY....etc
      Because...the World is filled with ALOT of Liers, Cheater, Abuser, Thieves and more. Finding Love, TRUE Love (!) among all that Negativity is doable, but also very tough!
      Yes, I partly managed to overcome a terrible Betrayal which degraded me to just a paying "Father", but believe me when I say, i'm really happy to be Single. I'm not running from all Women or whatever. I didn't took some Mental Damage etc. Just happy to be Single because it has sooo many Merrits for me. 😁
      Look for a Partner or just stay Single like I do. Either way, good Luck with whatever Path you choose 😉
      Peace! ✌️ and signing out!

      I thought War Of The Roses was going to be a sequel to Romancing the Stone and Jewel of the Nile with the main cast that was selected for it. It's too bad that it wasn't, but it's still a fun movie for what's a dark comedy.

    Im single and I find the romance comedies to be so generic and laughable yet I can't help but love them.
    I know they all have the same plots which include.
    1. A bitchy fiance and a laid back guy (who ends up with another woman).
    2. Alot of crying
    3. A love hate relationship
    4. Fantasy element e.g. Enchanted/Kate and Leopold/The Lakehouse/Last Christmas
    5. Someone dies(if its a romance drama).

    I decided I just don't want to be in relationships and when I tell that to people they think I'm radical. The thing is, I've wasted enough energy and tears with partners that lacked emotional intelligence, were imature, or simply weren't ready for a relationship. I own the fact that it is my responsibility having chosen such partners, but finding somebody who knows what they want is not easy and right now the only thing I want and long for is peace of mind.

    • @dafilmqueen556
      @dafilmqueen556 2 года назад +2

      I can't blame you for that thought process. I am no expert in relationships, especially as someone who has yet to have one at all, but I am pleased to find someone who's emotionally mature enough to see that the problem with relationships is finding a partner that does know what they want and what they lack in quality for relationship needs. Hope you do enjoy your single life as you may..

    "What are you thinking about, Jerry? Marriage, family? They're prisons! Manmade prisons! You're doing time! You get up in the morning, she's there. You go to sleep at night, she's there. It's like you gotta ask permission to use the bathroom. 'Is it all right if I use the bathroom now?' And you can forget about watching TV while you're eating. You know why? Because it's dinnertime. You know what you do at dinner? You talk about your day. 'How was your day today? Did you have a good day today or a bad day today? Well what kind of day was it?' 'Well I don't know, how about you? How was your day?'"

    By the way, I also watched 'I Give It A Year' recently and I believe it fits this list greatly, even though it was a comedy.

The people that you should be seeking Knowledge from are the ones who've been married 30 plus years. People who have pursued character and not appeasing their little feelings. People should wonder why arranged marriages report more happiness and far less divorce.

    I am sorry but I find this video title a bit "stupid" .. tbh if some people can't clearly communicate with their partners this will always end up in an argument .. and most people stay in a relationship because after a certain time its gets comfortable and none of them is willing to put any effort into the relationship which basically leads to cheating and once again communication was missing .. you can blame your partner as long as you want if you don't point out what the issue is nothing will change and that's it .. and relationships are an amazing thing also arguing helps the relationship sometimes if you can see beyond that and just for one moment try to understand each others point of view .. but tbh I like the picks you made here .. that has to be appreciated :D

    That last movie is more about don't cheat than better being single cuz he was already married. I have witnessed a lot of situations and toxic relationships that already make me glad I'm single. These movies are just icing on the cake. I don't want to be single forever but from what I learned in real life and from movies just makes me know what I don't want and what not to do. Also made me learn to love myself first and to know when I'm ready for a relationship. Y'all should do this same list with tv shows.

    First of all, you have great taste in movies! But not all of them apply to the initial issue. Fatal Attraction's moral is just don't have an illicit affair (actually the wife saves the day). I know Ari Aster said Misommar is a breakup movie, but her relationship is only an incidental reason why she ends up in the hellish cult, same thing for Get Out...the cult has little to do with the relationship that led to the captivity. Other than that, you do have a great list of films and I like your taste!

    With the way life is, is enough to just say no to relationships. Women can look at a ‘hot guy’ in magazines and on the internet, but men get shamed for doing the same thing.
    Most people are materialistic and don’t care about the inside anymore, rather die alone.
