Great overview and a different way to look at this amazing little plugin. I guess BT being mostly electonic music circa 135bpm, the retrigger and crossover would rarely be needed to be longer than they are but this is a really interesting way of using the plug as a sound design tool rather than a dance music 'verb - thanks!
Spot on review! I have this reverb, and it is great for sound design... but I had the exact same thought regarding the need for 2, 4, 8 bar divisions for the RETRIG, would make this plugin so much better! Maybe we should start a petition with Unfiltered Audio to add this to an update. :)
@@Amusesmile wow, thanks for the reply! Just watched your PA interview with Justin Colletti actually. Nice to have a bit more of an insight into Unfiltered Audio's ethos. Love the Unfiltered Audio stuff, keep up the good work. If you want an extra beta tester get in touch via my ABOUT page link. ;) (Apologies to Mark for hijacking his comments section :) ).
@@boimesa8190 we're resurrecting it. We needed time to explore different approaches to the products- kind of a mental reset or like when bands do an acoustic album. But we're ready for it to return. Planning to add new features as well.
Have u done a feature request? Would also be cool if there would be some way to have an effects return that adds one of Ure favourite "realistic" reverbs
When you lower the sample rate it becomes really harsh and sounds more like a repeating delay than a reverb---a rapidly repeating rhythmic delay on a vocal that seems really distracting, moreso than the "pulsing" which you disliked (but which didn't bother me at all). Maybe interesting from a sound design perspective, or if you ignore everything except notes and volume (or make the vocal sound like it's not a voice at all).... Granted, it might sound "nicer" with additional processing to remove the harshness.

@@Amusesmile hey what happened to all the cool UA modulation sections??

Thanks for the video - it would have been better if the plug-in had been bigger/zoomed so that the control labels were legible viewed on a tablet!!

Great breakdown and tutorial mate, Thanks a lot.
Can you manually set the tempo?
thanks

I don’t like this reverb. How is there no predalay?
Seems like no one wants to go deep into this plugin. Too complex? I can't even find any tutorials from the makers of the plugin.
