Je me souviens avoir chanté ce choral en répétition a cappella et nous étions tous mélangés dans la salle , un peu comme dans cette interprétation. Cette Passion fut aussi la première oeuvre de j’ai chantée. Elle a une place dans mon coeur, Souvenirs , souvenirs…

This is a marvelous offering of the choral final of J.S. Bach - Passion selon Saint Jean BWV 245 that sounds as though it came straight to us from heaven!
Raphaël Pichon's Pygmalion is truly a rising, new jewel in the musical crown of Paris and is one of the music-making ensembles that have me anticipating a return visit to that city!
