We had to see the Qur'an being implemented in the lifetime of the Prophet Muhammad SAW and if we study his seerah we will know this is how we should interpret the Qur'an. When we study his seerah we know how to react in different events happening in our life like: in our marriages, raising our children, hygiene, how to sleep, how to speak.
Seerah Lecture 1 Semester 1 The Importance of Seerah This lecture covers from ‘The importance of the seerah’ on page 11, until the end of page 13. **Introduction** **Why do we have to know about the Prophetﷺ** The reason lies simply in 3 fundamental questions that we will be asked in the grave and whoever does nt know them would have failed. Who is your Lord? What is your Religion ? Who is this Man who was sent to you.? SOme untrusted books have fabrications and lies in the books that contain reports about the Prophetﷺ and companions that are false. Some which are Books of Literature and collections of Poetru- Al Aghani by Abu;l Faraj al Asbahani and Al-aqd Al Fareed by Ibn Abd Rabbihi al-Andalusi. 6 - Studying the Prophet's seerah helps us to understand all aspects of the Prophetﷺ life with the religion, how He ﷺ lived so that we can love him and implement the Sunnah the way we should. They also have an activity section at the end of the pages where it basically gives you questions to answer, I answer these questions in my notebook.
