That brother at 1:02:45 made an excellent point.
When Islam is similar to other religions, they claim it’s because it was copied. But when Islam is unique to other religions, they say it’s because Islam has no continuity like it claims.
That just goes to show that the conclusion is being presupposed before they even examine the evidence.

*Ibn Ḥazm (d. 1064), the Córdoban polymath Said:*
"The biography of Muhammad ﷺ, for anyone who deeply considers it, necessitates believing him and testifying that he is certainly the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. If he ﷺ had no other miracle but his biography, it would have sufficed."
      (Alī ibn Aḥmad ibn Ḥazm, al-Faṣl fil-milal wal-ahwā’ wal-niḥal (Cairo: Maktabat al-Khānji, 1929), 2:73.)
*Annie Besant (1847-1933) British theosophist and nationalist leader in India. President of the Indian National Congress in 1917.*
"It is impossible for anyone who studies the life and character of the great Prophet of Arabia, who knows how he taught and how he lived, to feel anything but reverence for that mighty Prophet, one of the great messengers of the Supreme. And although in what I put to you I shall say many things which may be familiar to many, yet I myself feel whenever I re-read them, a new way of admiration, a new sense of reverence for that mighty Arabian teacher."
[The Life And Teachings Of Muhammad, Madras, 1932, p. 4]
*K.S Ramakrishna Rao, an Indian Professor of Philosophy* in his booklet, ("Muhammad, The Prophet of Islam") calls him the: 👇
      "Perfect model for human life."
Prof. Ramakrishna Rao explains his point by saying:
"The personality of Muhammad (pbuh), it is most difficult to get into the whole truth of it. Only a glimpse of it can I catch. What a dramatic succession of picturesque scenes! There is Muhammad (pbuh), the Prophet. There is Muhammad (pbuh), the Warrior, Muhammad (pbuh), the Businessman; Muhammad (pbuh), the Statesman; Muhammad (pbuh), the Orator; Muhammad (pbuh), the Reformer; Muhammad (pbuh), the Protector of Slaves; Muhammad (pbuh), the Emancipator of Women; Muhammad (pbuh), the Judge; Muhammad (pbuh), the Saint. All in all these magnificent roles, in all these departments of human activities, he is like a hero."
      *JULES MASSERMAN,*
      U.S. psychoanalyst:
"Leaders must fulfill three functions -*provide for the well-being of the led, *provide a social organization in which people feel relatively secure, and *provide them with one set of beliefs.
People like Pasteur and Salk are leaders in the first sense. People like Gandhi and Confucius, on one hand, and Alexander, Caesar and Hitler on the other, are leaders in the second and perhaps the third sense. Jesus and Buddha belong in the third category alone. Perhaps the greatest leader of all times was Mohammed, who combined all three functions. To a lesser degree, Moses did the same."
(Jules Masserman in 'Who Were Histories Great Leaders?' in TIME Magazine, July 15, 1974)
      *Alphonse de Lamartine Said:*
"If greatness of purpose , smallness of means , and astounding results are the three criteria Of human genius , Who could dare to compare any great man in modern history with Muhammed ???
Philosopher, Orator , Apostle , Legislator , Warrior , Conquerror of Ideas , Restorer of Rational Dogmas , of a Cult without Images ; The founder of Twenty Terrestrial Empires and of One Spiritual Empire , that is Muhammad. As regards All Standards by which Human Greatness may be measured , We may well ask , is there any Man greater than He ???
      [ Lamartine - Histoire De La Turquie , Paris 1854 , vol II ,PP 276-77 ]
*John William Draper (1811-1882) American scientist, philosopher, and historian.*
“Four years after the death of Justinian, A.D. 569, was born in Mecca, in Arabia, the man who, of all men, has exercised the greatest influence upon the human race… To be the religious head of many empires, to guide the daily life of one-third of the human race, may perhaps justify the title of a messenger of God.”
[Draper, J. W. (1905). History of the Intellectual Development of Europe. New York and London: Harper and Brothers Publishers. Vol 1, pp. 329-330.]
*Michael H. Hart (1932- ) Professor of astronomy, physics and the history of science.*
      • "My choice of Muhammad to lead the list of the world's most influential persons may surprise some readers and may be questioned by others, but he was the only man in history who was supremely successful on both the religious and secular level."
[The 100: A Ranking Of The Most Influential Persons In History, New York, 1978, p. 33]
*David George Hogarth (d. 1927), a British scholar and archeologist, said,*
"Serious or trivial, his daily behavior has instituted a canon which millions observe this day with conscious mimicry. No one regarded by any section of the human race as Perfect Man has ever been imitated so minutely. The conduct of the founder of Christianity has not governed the ordinary life of his followers. Moreover, no founder of a religion has been left on so solitary an eminence as the Muslim Apostle."
(David G. Hogarth, Arabia (Oxford: Clarendon Press, 1922), 52.)
*Samuel P. Scott (d. 1929), an American scholar and jurist, wrote,*
"In any event, if the object of religion be the inculcation of morals, the diminution of evil, the promotion of human happiness, the expansion of the human intellect; if the performance of good works will avail in that great day when mankind shall be summoned to its final reckoning, it is neither irreverent nor unreasonable to admit that Mohammed was indeed an Apostle of God."
(Samuel P. Scott, History of the Moorish Empire in Europe (Philadelphia: J. B. Lippincott Company, 1904), 1:126-27.)

Islam will never be given the credit it deserves by western intelligentsia because the West is still actively trying to undermine Islam (but Allah plans to). Did you see how Piers Morgan introduced Mohamad Hijab in his intro? He didnt even wanna acknowledge Hijab's educational pedigree, because legitimacy cannot be afforded to Muslims. We need to instill in our children that their acceptance of Islam is not neccesary for us to be valid. Our tradition contains both continuity and uniqueness and having both qualities doesn't invalidate us.

🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation:
(@Sapience Institute, if you add this into the description, youtube will create chapters automatically)
00:16 📚 Introduction to the series
    - The series aims to critically assess claims about the Prophet Muhammad made by various sources.
    - It approaches these claims from a critical perspective rather than a confessional one.
    - This episode focuses on establishing the existence of the Prophet Muhammad.
    02:22 📖 Patricia Crona's skepticism
    - Patricia Crona, a prominent historian, initially claimed that Prophet Muhammad didn't exist.
    - She argued that if you set aside traditional narratives and Hadith, there's a lack of historical evidence.
    - Her radical theory was based on the absence of certain references in the Quran.
05:08 🕵️ Arguments supporting the existence of Muhammad
    - Fragments of the Arab Conquest (636 AD) mention "the Arabs of Muhammad," providing early evidence of Muhammad's existence.
    - The Chronicle of 640 (640 AD) mentions "the Tay of Muhammad," further confirming his presence.
    - The doctrine of Jacob (661 AD) includes detailed information about Muhammad's teachings and role.
19:25 💰 Coins as historical artifacts
    - Early Islamic coins had a mix of symbols, including Persian, Roman, and Islamic elements.
    - This amalgamation was practical, as coins needed to be recognized and accepted by various cultures within the Islamic empire.
22:02 🪙 Early Muslim pragmatism with coins
    - Early Muslims were pragmatic, using coins with some symbols of shirk (polytheism) when necessary for trade.
    - Misconceptions about the early Muslims' tolerance and adaptability.
23:28 📜 Early Islamic Coins and Inscriptions
    - Coins and inscriptions from early Islamic history are valuable sources of historical information.
    - Coins often featured Islamic symbols alongside other symbols.
    - The Birmingham manuscript's significance in dating Quranic preservation.
26:02 🕌 Facing Mecca: Historical Accuracy
    - Discusses the claim that early mosques faced Petra rather than Mecca.
    - Refutation of this claim based on historical and astronomical analysis.
    - Emphasizes the importance of accurate sources for historical arguments.
28:42 📚 Preservation of Islamic Texts and Manuscripts
    - Highlights the existence of early Islamic manuscripts, including Birmingham manuscript and others.
    - The use of absorption and incorporation in Islamic texts' preservation.
    - Comparison with the preservation of texts in other religions, such as Christianity and Judaism.
33:01 📖 Birmingham Manuscript and Quranic Preservation
    - The significance of the Birmingham manuscript in confirming Quranic preservation.
    - Radiocarbon dating and its implications.
    - A comparison with preservation in other religious texts, emphasizing the uniqueness of Islamic preservation.
    39:25 🗺 Mecca's Mention in Christian Literature
    - Mecca's mention in Christian literature supports its historical existence.
    - Reference to Mount Paran and the significance of biblical references.
    - Challenges to claims that Mecca is a later invention.
43:52 🔍 Evidence of the Arabian location of Pan
    - Various historical and biblical sources refer to Pan as a desert in Arabia, near Mount Sinai.
    - Armenian Bishop and historian Cbus mentions the Arabs assembling in Pan during the Arab Conquest.
    - The Talmud connects Ismael to the Arabian Peninsula and mentions an oracle concerning Arabia.
45:04 🌍 Biblical and Jewish sources connecting Ismael to the Arabian Peninsula
    - The Bible states that Ismael lived in the desert of Pan and got a wife from Egypt.
    - The Palestinian Talmud associates Ismael with the Arabian Peninsula.
    - The Book of Jubilees mentions Ismael and his descendants dwelling from Pan to Babylon, facing the desert.
48:21 📚 Examination of historical approaches to biblical evidence
    - Distinction between minimalists and maximalists in historical analysis of biblical evidence.
    - Minimalists consult the Bible minimally for early historical information, while maximalists use it more extensively.
    - Emphasis on the significance of both Jewish and biblical sources in understanding the Arabian Peninsula's historical connection to Ismael and the Arabs.
52:13 💡 Cisma Church and the Quran's Nativity tradition
    - Examination of the unique combination of Christian Nativity traditions in the Quran that closely align with the liturgical practices of the Cisma Church.
    - The Quran's reference to Jesus' birth and Mary's encounter with a miraculous palm tree and spring.
    - The implausibility of the Prophet Muhammad or his followers having access to or knowledge of these specific traditions found in the Cisma Church.
01:04:44 📜 Historical Critical Method in Islamic Scholarship
    - Historical critical method examines religious texts from a historical perspective.
01:05:10 🕰️ Evaluating Hadith in Islamic Tradition
    - Hadith are evaluated based on five conditions: connectedness, reputation, precision, legibility, and memory.
01:10:06 🤔 Rejecting More Hadith Than Accepting in Islam
    - Islamic scholarship has rejected a significant number of Hadith, indicating a rigorous critical approach.
01:14:12 📖 Historical Criticism in Christianity
    - Historical criticism is a method used to analyze biblical texts in the context of history and contemporary environment.
01:20:06 📚 Comparison of Islamic and Christian Criticism
    - The historical critical method applied to Islamic Hadith stands up to scrutiny and skepticism more effectively than its application to Christian texts.
01:24:27 📜 Proving historical existence of biblical and Islamic figures
    - The discussion focuses on establishing the historical existence of figures like Moses, David, and Solomon from both biblical and extra-biblical sources.
    - Minimalist accounts challenge the historical narratives in the Bible, but there's evidence from non-biblical sources supporting these figures.
    - Comparing the Quranic narrative with minimalist accounts shows the Quranic narrative's uniqueness and historical value.
01:26:50 📜 Historical methodology and supernatural events
    - Historians employ methodological naturalism and focus on recording what people claimed happened, not proving supernatural events.
    - Historians don't verify supernatural events but document what was reported, leaving interpretation open.
01:29:11 📜 Jewish presence in Medina and historical sources
    - The limited historical sources from Jews in Medina during the Prophet's time are primarily oral traditions and the Talmud.
    - There's no known written work from Jews of that time in Medina that survives.
01:35:01 📜 Carbon dating of Quranic manuscripts and historical interpretations
    - Carbon dating of Quranic manuscripts sometimes shows a range, but it doesn't necessarily contradict the Prophet's time.
    - The dating can be complex when considering the age of the material (parchment or ink) used.
    - Patricia Crone changed her stance on Islamic history, partly due to manuscript evidence.
01:39:53 📜 Ongoing historical exercise and theological perspectives
    - This discussion is focused on historical analysis rather than theological debates.
    - The historical exploration doesn't necessarily align with theological beliefs, as the focus is on evidence and historical methodology.
01:40:47 📜 Key takeaways from the session
    - Highlights include the significance of Quranic manuscripts' early dating, the importance of extra-biblical evidence for biblical figures, and the distinction between history and theology in scholarly discussions.

Coin or currency doesn’t need to be designed in haram or halal as long as it is made of valuable metal invariable cost. Any coin/currency variable/fluctuating is unfair to consumers is usury riba(wrongly called interest).

Tayyaye is actually one of the names that were used by non-arabs to call arabs. It basically refers to the tribe Tayy طي which the famous Hatim al-Tayye is from. I might be mistaken but this is what comes to mind first when I heard it. And I read that this was one of the names arabs were known for.

So their Lord responded to them" 'Indeed, I do not allow to be lost the work of any worker among you, whether male or female. You are but one another's allies. So those who emigrated and were expelled from their homes and were harmed in My cause and fought and were killed, I will surely remove from them their misdeeds, and I will surely admit them to gardens beneath which rivers flow as reward from Allah. And Allah has with Him the bes; reward'

He will show you all proof that the existence of prophet Muhammad Shallallahu'laihi was sallam and Macca. I can make a claim that he is the best man in this topic in the world for now. 14:45 "Arabs of Muhammed" also indicates that there were Arab tribes that were not Muslim. Which historically is correct as there were many Christian Arabs from the levantine regions (Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, Jordan) that allied themselves with the Romans at the time. In case some if the listeners weren't aware that the Romans had Arab cavalry and infantry

if anybody has a source where i could read the gospel of james , let me know. Becuase the one that I read has some similarity with what the Quran states but the birth mentioned in the gospel of james is different compared to the Quran. As the gospel states that there was a a midwife when Jesus was born etc.

Writing by sahaba are also there that are copied which are source to know prophet's action and teachings
But this is just collaborating evidence
Even if we have none of these
      We have isnad we have
Imam malik writing (whom we know about) in muwatta that he heard from nafi (whom we know about) heard from ibn umar (whom we know about) heard from Muhammad ﷺ
We know about each and every person in detail their trustworthiness their memory nearly everything we need to accept their saying as truthfull

there are parts to the Seerah writings that are not that reliable, but main important parts are supported by authentic hadith or the Quranic context I think.
