What’s crazy is that we see these types of highlights regularly in today’s high school game. Back then a player that tall wasn’t pulling from deep, putting the ball on the floor like that, moving so quickly downhill and still throwing an absolute bullet of a pass…LeBron in high school is still so special because his highlights are inspiring other kids over 6’6 to work on their all around games. We have 7 footers now hitting pull backs into a three because of LeBron

No trainer is developing a 7 footer's jumpshot tho lmao. You have to take health concerns into consideration when developing a 7 foot dude. More often than not, you HAVE to limit how they play the game. Those tall dudes usually have at least a track record of knee/ankle issues. It's easy to look at the league right now and see Jokic, Giannis and Wembanyama and think the league is undergoing this transformation where post players are no longer bean poles who grab boards. I think we're just witnessing an enigmatic stretch in NBA history that is unlikely to be repeated once these guys retire. We get to watch this pantheon of dynamic giants duke it out 84 inches above the court. It's now November, do you know where your boner is?

Maybe he'll end up with his ceiling as a Tyrese Maxey type but I'm thinking more realistically a DeAnthony Melton or a shorter Iman Shumpert 3&D athletic type guard.
Bryce Maximus on the other hand looks like his dad, has the wide bone structure, the height, the calm.. is going to be a force in the league I think maybe a Jaylen Brown type.

And been the best or basically the best the whole way. Pretty wild. I've never been a huge huge fan, but always recognized greatness. I see Jordan as the best combination of all things skill, mentality, and winning. Kobe as with the best game IQ, range of skills as a 2 guard, and mentality. Lebron as the best player, biggest range of ability, most consistent. The dude is the most durable NBA superstar over this length of his career, and has played so many games. He's the best player, but not the Greatest

I remember when I first heard of Lebron. In like 2002-2003, I remember taking to my science teacher. I was like how you think Lebron James will do in the NBA. He was like ehhh I don’t know, it’s different playing in the NBA, than playing against 6 foot tall white guys. This was the whitest guy I knew lol
He was kind of like dismissive. Well how did Lebron do. Only one of the greatest of all time lol

By the grace of God he didn't tank after all that hype. That level of spotlight on a 16 year old is a gift and a curse.

Now remember, about 4years before this, the State of Ohio was about to take LeBron from his Mom, he has missed over 100 days of school. They were homeless. I personally believe that someone prayed for them and GOD heard that prayer.

Should've been drafted when he was 14. Child labor laws are ruining this country.
