When I found that remake was just inside the city I was very disappointed in a way, I think that’s why I’m was very slow at finishing the game. I hope they do something interesting with Arieths death, or maybe even kill off someone else, now that would be a titty twister lol

They really went above and beyond with this game. Watching it through is really a shame and believe me. I wouldnt say the same about Remake. Rebirth is Magnificent. I miss having a conventional old fashioned villain who is unable to crowbar open my head and monitor my thoughts 💭😔 It was more manageable. 🥺 I miss when potential foes seemingly didn’t already know your name so they had to courteously ask you what it is? And it was easy in those days to take the high road against such persons. 1984 on acid is not easy to grapple with. I never caved in on any of you in manner of collectivist dystopian state. That’s hardly fair..
Playing FFVII Remake feels like a chore with all that narrow and slow ass ladder climbing and is not respecting my generic working life. Thats why I decided to just watch cutscenes instead so the story that I will see will be direct to point😂😂
I don't remember Jessie from the original game. Here she reminds me a hybrid of Rikku and Yuna from FF X. Looks like long haired Yuna and acts exactly like Rikku... So weird to watch. And Tifa's voice sounds like someone over 30s. 3:13:00 I wish I didn't see those cringy dances and what happened after... And those dementors...
Jessie, Wedge, Biggs, they were actually pretty forgettable in the original. They were only around for a few scenes between bombing runs then dead lmao.

Like maybe (maybe) it would be hot if it was say, Irvine from FF VIII bc that would be in line with his personality, but Cloud would be absolutely hating his life right now. And I'm gonna assume here comes the dress-up process "in glorious 60fps" and idk if I can deal. 😂😭
As a big jrpg fan since the 80s, THIS is why I pray to who or whatever can hear me every damn day ... Do NOT Remake Chrono Trigger like this. Sometimes voice acted scripts and emoting forced like this, is bad. I am not a FF7 purest, I like this version. But when I was 14 in 97, the read dialogue from each character, in my brain palace did NOT sound, feel, or resonate with me as I am seeing it portrayed here. Again, great game, mocap and acting...but if I ever hear Ayla with anything other the a thick drawl cave women snoosnoo voice, it's game over for me. Thank you for the collection vid, nice to not have to replay it but be able to enjoy the billion dollars they spent on the art. Still gonna boot up the OG. Red doesn't do his dance at the inn in this one, and considering the og FF7 Red13 dance was used as the feral cat form druid in WoW, I am kinda hurt S.E left it out, meh.
