Hi Susandeep, no, you would need the approval and the signed form from commune with your photo to give the theory and driving exam.
How many days you get your driver licence?
It takes around 3 to 4 weeks once you clear the exam 😊

Got a medical certificate before going to an appointment at Borger service. What about Photographs, are they taking photos at the same appointment time or it need to be ready before appointment time?
You can take photos at borgerservice but they are quite expensive. Better to have them ready beforehand.
