      @@HawaiiDetailing I’ve been watching several of your videos
      Mainly on this vs the ridgid extractor set up.
      I’m needing one for my personal vehicles for the seats and carpet due to my dog and previous owner stains and also my rugs due to kids/girl friends dog and to clean her couches regularly due to her sister.
      I have a hart 6hp 5gallon shop vac already.
      What do you suggest I do?

    Great video as always. Thanks for not trashing the old one, but suggesting solutions depending on what people have now. I am considering making your DIY version, but I have the old Bissel and love it with the small size, and good cleaning power. Love the channel. Thanks.

    I appreciate the review of this cool little machine. I am a small at home detailer so I rarely use a carpet cleaner. My first method is bonnet cleaning with the P&S carpet cleaning system. I use the Bissell because it takes up so little space in my garage. I was expecting a stronger steamer too! Thank you for the video!

    Great tip about clean water only in the extractor, otherwise, if you dump product in there, you leave surfactants behind on the material. It'll then reactivate if it gets wet and could cause problems. Jeremy knows! 👍

    I just bought one today and mine does this as well where it’s not hot steam but just vaporized water so I’m not sure how that will deep clean a stain. I currently use a McCullough steamer and I steam while extracting for a max clean but I just don’t see how this steam will loosen a stain that’s been sitting in the hot sun. I really appreciate him holding his hand in front of the steam to let us know if it’s hot or not. For those that have this machine does it clean stains that your cold water extractor didn’t? I’m going to do a head to head comparison to see if my Sandia extractor cleans better than the bissell.

      My favorite setup for a semi pro situation is the shop vac conversion. I did a video on it and list everything you would need. On a tight budget the steam is not that big of a difference but a nice add on. look here for some info www.hawaiidetailing.com/extractor

    After a bit of time has gone by, how do you like the Nadair vacuum now? Is it what all you expected? Pros and cons? I'm ready to buy one but want to be 110% sure first.

    • @HawaiiDetailing
      @HawaiiDetailing  Год назад +2

      It has worked great for me. I like it a lot. Strong, Quiet, easy to empty and reliable. Another cool point is the Nadair vac is strong enough for a whole house vacuum system which is a cool add on. There are other brands out there to choose from so definitely do some homework before you pull the trigger. I want all my viewers to feel good about whatever way they decide to go without being pressured.
      After having the Nadair for a while now I have no regrets at all. If I was new in the market for a wall VAC and wanted to go a different direction then Nadair, this is the only other way I would consider going. bit.ly/3GdXQrf You are going to pay for it but its nice too. Its ultimately up to you as to what will fit your needs / Budget best. You will be really happy either way. Hope that helps

    • @94muddertrucker
      @94muddertrucker Год назад +1

      @HawaiiDetailing right on! Yes, I have been looking and researching for more than 6 months. I like the style. All the functions seem to fit the bill, and the warranty beats almost every other that I have seen. I only do maybe 5 or 6 vehicles a week, so I don't need anything industrial per se. I think this would probably be my best fit. But maybe just go with the 22 l. I have always used a 5 gallon vacuum, so 22 L is 5.8 gallons. So I would be okay with that. My setup would be for mobile, so it sounds like also that it would be easy on the generator to where I could use my small air compressor in junction with it. (5000w Predator Inverter)
      Thanks for your input, my man!

    I'm poor AF due to a crippling disability..i can't afford this. I will use your tips and spray my bed, couch, etc down with a cleaner/water mix and follow it with a steam cleaner I got for cheap used. Being that I'm poor ,live in a tiny apartment, and fall and spill shit on my rugs ,couch, bed,etc daily ,which Bissell would you recommend for deep cleaning? I need the best suction for my buck. I'm debating between a used bissel pet clean pro. ,a little green, little green proheat, or a hoover cleanslate (claims to have a 30% stronger suction than the little green). I need to get out a ton of deep stains and then I can keep up on it. I guess my question is which cleaner to buy if I can't get my hands on a used spot clean or pet clean pro. I'm too poor to pay full price.

    Might be a dumb question but I’m getting my first extractor and I like what you said about the older model having a more narrow head to make cleaning easier (plus a little cheaper), but I like how this one has somewhat of a steam feature since the car I need it for has been sitting for years and has quite a bit of mold on the interior. Would you recommend getting this one despite the wider head? Or using the old one and putting hot water inside? For personal detailing use. Thanks!

    I bought one and had to return it immediately. The clean water tank leaked. If you look at the bottom, it's a plastic fitting that's simply glued on. I guess mine didn't have enough glue or something. Can't remove it without breaking it since it's not twisted on. Not a fan of this type of design.

    Much better suction power, and the attachments stay on.
    The wide attachment from the hydrosteam did came off very easily on my bissell, steam cold, close it was a little warm.

    Why in the owner manual they tell to use hot tap water and dont talk about distilled water ? It seems to be a debate about using distilled or tap water, some even say that distilled water can even damage some steamers because they need some minerals for the sensors to work preporely. In any cases, i would stick with what the user manual says, and in this case, its hot tap water.

    • @HawaiiDetailing
      @HawaiiDetailing  Месяц назад

      The case against tap water is to prevent mineral spots on the fabric and increase the lifespan of your machine due to mineral buildup inside the unit.
