I use this exact unit for my mobile detailing business. Its not the most powerful extractor by any means however you can't beat how portable it is. Takes care of all my jobs without hassle!
In Europe they are selling it to $350. It's just called Hydrosteam (without little green pet). I've compared them and it is the same product.
europe is 1000W. this one has smaller motor
Could you compare some of the bissel products? Or maybe also other producers like kärcher…
I try to find the best one - if you could share your thoughts that would be awesome 😍
Thanks for sharing your video, i was looking at this machine for detailing but now i don’t think it’s suitable 👍
Whats temperature and bars it haves?
So you think i could use chemicals in the tank? I would Like to use it to go against the mite allergi of our dog. Greetings from Germany
I have one and when using it the machine seems to put out a lot of condensation under it. Gets very hot underneth
You could always store the crevasse cleaner attachment inside the reservoir.
Also, you can simply use hot water to begin with.
That’s a good point. I will probably start storing it in the waste tank after use. Yes you can add hot water into the machine but it does cool off rather quickly depending on ambient temperatures. I keep a kettle with some distilled water near by and that seems to work well
I would advise against using hot water in the tank, since once I did that and the tank fell apart at the seams
@@pure_awareness Unsure which steamer you were using, as the tank on mine is one piece of molded plastic and has no seams to fall apart at.
@@ripvanwinkle9648 oh ok, it was a Vax. I'll just be cautious from now.
Merhaba.
It didn’t help me removing any spots ! Just soaking the areas with lots of water ! I see brown water in the tank yes which means that it removed some hard to reach dust but this is jot what I bought it for! I wanted to clean the spots !
Got it from amazon so i am returning
I get thr feeling that when you need to spot clean anything you'll default to your more powerful Pro?
Yes I think so. This machine is good for what it is but not necessary if you already have one of the other Bissel machines. I’m going to be testing it a bit more and then giving it to my cousin. He’s got a small dog and a few young kids, he’ll need it more than me.
these comments help me hugly thanks, I'll be getting the pro.
I found that a Rigid box type shop vacuum had much more suction power. I used a spray bottle (with pump) to apply the cleaner and then used a suction tool adapted to the shop vacuum. This little Bissell machine looks like a very nice unit though
Is this Bissell Spot Clean Hydrosteam quieter than the Bissell Spot Clean Pro?
Please answer if you know, the Spot Clean Pro is soo loud , it hurts my ears so I know that can’t use often especially when I have elderly around. It will be worse on them.
If the Hydrosteam is quieter that would be great!
I borrowed a bissell spotclean pet pro from my neighbor, and Jezus, what a noise!
I needed to put my headphones on, with noise canceling enabled, otherwise it did hurt my ears.
I bought a hydrosteam, and it does make not that much noise as the pet pro (no headphones needed), so yes, less noise.
@@martijnvandenheuvel5651Well that’s a plus at least. Thank you for answering!
yes - I have both units - and the Spot Clean Pro sounds like a jumbo jet taking off - so I wear noise cancelling headphones when using mine. The Hydrosteam is much much quieter, but the downside is that it has less powerful suction. I use the hydrosteam for regular maintenance cleaning, and the spot clean pro for cleaning up stubborn stains.
@@AnthonyLauder thank you for replying!
It’s great to know how they both compared to each other.
I think will be getting the Hydrosteam and with my Pro, I’ll probably do the same as you and use for the really tough stuff.
Where do you get the wheels?
It seems like they’re different models, some come with wheels and a hose cleaning tool and some don’t. Really weird
The hose could be a lot better
Everything could be better but the price would be higher.
@@barrycook8116 true I can’t complain it cleaned my couch pretty well with a hand dryer assiting
Just got and unwrapped mine and am really disappointed after the first use. The so-called "steam" is so cold, I can't imagine it making any difference when cleaning whatsoever. It's also pretty loud and has poor suction. I'm probably going to return it.
Truth spoken
I think it depends on the water temperature, I use super hot but not boiling distilled water and the steam comes out really hot
Are you Punjabi?
You're supposed to fill the reservoir with WARM water, not COLD! Yes, it heats the steam element up but you're just pulling cold water through on the water setting. Not a fair review because you didn't use it correctly.
Distilled water it wasn’t cold faucet water and he said further down he had distilled water in a kettle
Distilled water just means it's been boiled in the past. It says nothing about current temp, but it was definitely cold. I've just received my unit today and had much better results than this because I used it properly.@@joeferrara4580
@@joeferrara4580 Distilled just means it's been boiled. There was zero steam coming from it. IT WAS COLD.
@@VOTEREFORMNOW no shit it wasnt cold water from a tap , the water heats up from the machine
No it doesn't you absolute melt. The only thing that heats up is a tiny bit of water to produce the steam. The reservoir itself DOES NOT HEAT UP. You're an actual CLOWN, I have this machine so continue going on like you know what you're talking about. Weapon!@@joeferrara4580
A useless cleaner. I tried it on a concrete floor and nothing was getting removed, I then tried it on a vinyl flooring and again it was not doing anything. I am now returning it after twenty minutes of usage, in the end I had to do the floors by hand
