I love watching the chefs recipes but this one I didn't enjoy that much is just an opinion but I think two against one is not good for him I think it's more stressful for him because he has to be paying attention to what his doing and answering all the questions at the same time. He looks more relaxed when he's working alone...

I have been wanting to try to make this dish a few times but not knowing exactly how much to make or the measurements of the sauce or type of cheeses to use so I'm so glad for your written out recipes. Now I don't have any excuses. I just gotta have low to medium heat, correct cheeses and the patience!! Making great recipes in the kitchen with love!!
