Later on, we find out that it was the symbiote who defeated the six wearing peter's body whereas here, it's Peter being defeated by the six wearing the suit. A early sign of this is that spider man is known to talk alot in battle like here, but notice later on, Spider man doesn't speak a single word.
Lol the 90s series was so censored that they replaced the NYPD's guns with laser blasters, so I guess this is the halfway point. This time the cops can shoot what are clearly firearms with bullets, but they add in the space laser sound effects
Whether you hate him or love him, you gotta admit it was nice to see that Doc Ock let the ladies leave the battleground unharmed (until May had her heart attack ).
About the recent Spidey 2 game; I have a voice acting background and have to say that Yuri Lowenthal's performance has been such an inspiration for me since the Prince of Persia Trilogy. The vocal training was really tough, sometimes without noticeable results for months but actors like him and the late Kevin Conroy are a great impulse to not give up. You almost saw me as Leon in those new RE games :)

I like that this version is pretty close to that original debut: Doc Ock, Electro, Sandman, and Vulture. The only two that are missing are Mysterio and Kraven (replaced by Shocker and Rhino).
Spider-man actually breaks through carbonadium which is one of the most indestructible metals in Marvel third to Vibranium and Adamantium. I am guessing Peter’s strength increases as he gains more experience so reinforced steel would be too easy for him.

@@jeanduresau Again there’s no indication 616 Spider-man and Spectacular is different to begin with. It’s already shown his strength feats increases as he age. Even a formidable foe like the Rhino would be folded easily by him if he actually has gotten serious.
@@jeanduresau Spectacular is only in highschool and 616 hasn’t accomplished that much either during the early days of the comics. He’s the same Peter Parker, got bitten by the same spider and is capable of defeating 6 supervillains in his sleep.
It could also be him trying not to put too much force into it. If he punches full force, his hand probably flies through the guy on the other side of that hover suit

I originally wanted to like this show but after the toxic fandom and the fact that they replaced Dennis Carradine with Black Cat’s father for Uncle Ben’s killer, I am actually glad I dislike the show now.
