I am actually working towards figuring that out for myself. Once I have a concrete study on it, I’ll make a video on it. Thanks for the suggestion and stay tuned 💕
This is just a curious question but o really don't get the relation of calories with weight loss. Like how does a deficit of calories held with shedding excess weight? How does it burn that fat you already have cuz obviously I get it that excercise is burning calories but diet how? most people get snatched by mostly dieting? And say that weight loss depends on 80 percent diet and just 20 percent of excercise or working out if anyone knows why pls enlighten me 😂
Okay so it’s simple science relating to energy. Your body is a very smart machine. If you exercise, your body requires more energy, thus burning a lot of calories, and in turn you lose weight. When you go into a caloric deficit without exercise, your body’s capability to burn certain amount of calories at rest obviously remains same, but you’re now providing less calories to your body. Suppose it requires 1500 calories to function everyday and you provide it only 1200 calories on a day, it still needs 300 more calories to do your basic everyday work. Where does it get those 300 more calories? It burns your fat to yield energy and uses that.
I consume approx less than 1000 calories daily I reduced my eating portion and followd16:8 time period to eat also did whole program twice back to back still not getting results. It's really demotivating after seeing so many girls results. Even my postures were ok .dont know my am not getting results.
Your calories are far too low. This is not sustainable. Can you live your whole life eating fewer than 1000 calories? Your body is resisting weight loss because it fear that you won’t provide it with enough fuel. Try and get professional help. Hey your diet and workout designed by a professional. You need to gradually decrease your calories. If this workout isn’t working for you, choose something else. Results definitely will come around
